Bike Valet makes it easy for the public to visit museums, parks, food festivals, music concerts, restaurants, and more by ensuring that bikes are safe from theft and parked in an appropriate enclosed space. Particularly now that more New Yorkers are biking, this service grows your audience reach and improves the overall customer experience.

TA has trained staff to run an efficient Bike Valet service. Guests queue and provide their contact information to our staff. A numbered valet tag is attached to the bicycle handlebars, and provided to the guest. Bikes are checked in and out by TA staff only. The service is insured and staff care for the safety of bikes for the full duration of your programming.
